Her demeanor is very kind, takes the time to hear what I'm saying, really thoughtful, and I have to say I really appreciated her gentle demeanor being our family dog just passed. Excellent cleaning service. Manager was very accommodating of my requests in terms of time. It had been some time since I had my house professionally cleaned, basement was special mess.
